I analyze your functional movement to find any imbalances and weaknesses that could cause you to get injured. I will suggest strength exercises to correct and strengthen those. Your plan will include a custom workout schedule to fit you and guide you to your goal. Each workout will show how far and fast to run, which exercises to do, and when to stretch and rest.

I am Coach Glenn Westerlund. I am a Road Runners Club of America certified coach and NASM-Certified Personal Trainer. I am also certified in Functional Movement Screening (FMS). I can help you reach your running goals. If you’ve never run before, or have been running for a long time and want a personal training experience to help you reach your goals, I can help.
I have been coaching adult runners for over 5 years. I have run numerous road races from the mile to the marathon. I am a Boston Marathon qualifier and finisher.
I love to run and love to coach other runners even more. I can motivate you and teach you what you need to know to properly train and stay injury free. I can coach you online or in person or a combination of both. I will run with you if you need me to.
